We hired Lux Loo for an outdoor wedding in the Okanagan in July and the service was great! For our 75 person event, we chose a three unit washroom and it was perfect. The washroom trailer is aesthetically pleasing inside, spacious, and comfortable. The company provided some decorative touches, including small planters on the outside which helped it to look nice. Because it is a trailer, you naturally have to walk up a couple steps to get to the washrooms themselves so if someone had mobility concerns I could see this set up being challenging for them. The company had no issues with drop off and set up on our rural property and every employee we dealt with was friendly and professional. We would happily hire them again for an event anytime.

We had called another porta potty company who misplaced the request then when I called again said they could maybe try to get one to me sometime this week. I then contacted Lux Loo. Krystina who was very apologetic that they could not get the portable restroom to the site that very afternoon, promised it for 1st thing the next morning. Next morning arrives and Jesse shows up early with the portable restroom. This is a company that really cares about the customer and went above and beyond my expectations. Well done !

We recently rented one of their restroom trailers for our wedding, absolutely great dealing with Michael. The unit was very clean and well set up, and Michael took the time to get the unit ready for our guests to use. 10/10 would recommend this company, awesome service
